I just wish they had this in my big box on site so I didn't have to wait to do repairs. I was replacing a leaking poppet valve, so I was a little wary of cutting out a section of pipe as if I were going to have to call a plumber if it leaked. Then of course I didn't read the instructions and didn't realize that you have to use a small tool to get the shark to slide down the pipe to connect through the gap. So at this point I had a moment of panic, but even after hitting the shark bite fit with a hammer to try and get it moving before reading the instructions and using the tool provided, it leaked Not. pretty much amazingly sturdy and again no leaks and solved my problem without a plumber.
