The only thing I found was the answer in the question section how to put it on. Someone said to remove the "rubber" (or colored part) first. Then the black part inside is divided into two parts. You put the tablet between the two black parts and then insert the rubber part last. I had to continue with that, but her instructions were much vague than mine. After playing around with it for about 10 minutes, I figured it out. The case fits perfectly, the tablet is not removed. We use this for our little one so I'm hoping the footrest piece on the back doesn't break. The kickstand is the only part I'm worried about, it doesn't feel super strong.
