Regardless of what you're told, the Galaxy Watch 3 doesn't have a very long battery life. They are inferior to the almost 3-year-old Galaxy Watch. It's not a bad watch, but the battery life is easily 30% shorter. Samsung assures us that while the battery is smaller with software tweaks, it should be on par with the excellent battery life of the original GWatch. I can assure you unreservedly that it is not. They're still better than the Apple Watch, but let me ask: after almost 3 years, would you expect worse or better performance from the new model? To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Sorry, I'm getting off topic. Aside from the fact that the charger that came with the Galaxy Watch doesn't work with the GW3 (another huge complaint from me), the anemic little magnetic charger charges slowly and doesn't stay in place easily. If you use your watch as extensively as I do, believe me, you'll feel a lot better if you buy a second charger for work or travel so you can charge it regularly and not worry about running have to. low again. Not only is this Tusita charger compatible, it works almost identically in every way to the charger that came with the GW3 and charges just as fast (i.e. it's still slow, but no slower than what came with the watch becomes). Personally, I'm very happy with mine and no longer worry about getting caught having to put my watch on super-sleep mode for the rest of the evening before it dies. Hey Samsung, if you're reading this, I'm pissed you fooled us consumers by investing so little in the GW3. Same processor, slight RAM jump and smaller battery? WANT us to stop buying your products?
