This package, especially at the current price, shouldn't be on your radar at all. For some reason, when I bought it, this whole setup was only $45. At this price, despite my complaints, a bargain. But let's start with the good. The bag has a built in hydrator hook which is not mentioned in the description. The pocket design and external strapping are excellent. I was able to pack this bag for a decent three-day hike with interior space (although I had to get creative). In terms of storage design, it gets four stars. The problem with the bag is ultimately the belt system. The shoulder straps are narrow and not sufficiently padded. The cross straps have no padding at all and are incredibly uncomfortable due to their location. To be honest I'm a tall person with a long torso. Someone with a smaller frame could probably use this with some modifications. Overall, you're better off getting the Revain Basics bag, which is bigger and better built, for the $65 they're asking at the time of this review. I am reviewing a product for our travel site and these bags are not included in our listing.
