I think the 13 piece set is too much and I could get a smaller version because some of the items look almost identical with no functional differences but that says this set is AMAZING. for manufacturing and repair. Of course there's one for removing splinters here, but I ended up using tweezers as a tool when I needed to 1) glue together very small bits of broken toys for my kids and 2) spend hours removing a broken lightning connector tip that had detach from the cable and remain stuck in the iPad. The iPad fiasco really stunned me. The hole was so tiny that I didn't use any of my usual tools, such as a screwdriver. a pair of super thin needle nose pliers, and when I did I couldn't believe it. I've tried all sorts of solutions online, including my fatal one which was to put a drop of superglue on the connector and plug it back into the iPad, then let it dry overnight and try to pull it out. Well, let me tell you that DAS made it worse and another part of it broke off and stayed wedged in that $1,000 article. FINALLY, I grabbed my ultra-fine tweezers — the ones with very sharp tips that can cut you as easily as if you were pulling out a splinter — and I used them in the gap, clawing and clawing so hard I finally managed to do something to erase the material and was finally able to use a very thin tip to gradually push the rest of the tip of the broken metal connector - also against superglue - and thus save the situation. I had never considered tweezers as a tool and immediately decided to buy another one as I had damaged very little the ones I had when I tweaked the iPad to fix it. Wow I found this set with even more tools and got the set. Now I realized that they were more useful for fixing things than just taking care of myself, and a whole new world of possibilities opened up. very fine (or very strong) control as you can apply a lot of force to these tiny metal tools in the direction you want them to work, allowing you to pry or scrape very precisely and efficiently.
