I put two or three sprays under each hand and haven't sniffed since. Even eliminate the odor after you are very smelly and apply it afterwards. Amazing, I promise. At the very beginning, my box needed a few days to acclimate. Very slight irritation and I had just trimmed my armpit hair so I was irritated by the thorns and the new chemical. Seems to help me, but actually it's just this juice that is the solution to the problem. It might smell like old spices or whatever all those amazing body scents are, but I've noticed that they only smell good for the first hour and then you get this weird combination of body odor that tries to hide what's ultimately with those good ones associated with smells. bad for me. Again, this deodorant is the ONLY thing I've come across that actually gets rid of odor while still allowing your sweat glands to do their job. Literally NO SMELL.
