I use this activated charcoal to facilitate the reaction to food. I have issues with leaky gut and candidiasis, which makes me sensitive to almost everything I eat. It's not a long-term solution, but it's helping me live more comfortably until I can find the root cause of why I can't heal from these issues. Also, this company has great service! I emailed them twice and both times the responses to my questions have exceeded my expectations. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is because the product is very dirty. No matter how careful I am, when I open the container it still seems like everything is on it.
