I have a doberman that I bought because it's always cold in winter, the house is chilly so it keeps him from shivering and keeps him warm he likes it on the warm side which is difficult with a mom who has hot flashes lol. The only thing I didn't like is that it seems a little tight in the shoulders, so I'd recommend ordering a size up and just snuggling it up a bit on the sides to accommodate a Doberman with a larger chest and narrow waist its not difficult at all to do 4 small stitches on both sides of the waist, besides holding it and being comfortable, it's not too heavy but not too light, their size is a little different from other brands , few but not terrible but the product itself is well made, durable, washable which is important to me but when you blacken it really collects a lot of lent hey so m The material could be better but I recommend this one Sweatshirt and will be ordering more but in lighter colors to hide Lent. It's been a long time since I ordered this sweatshirt for my Doberman, it held up really well and kept it nice and warm which I liked and not too warm like some of the newer materials, it breathes and stretches like a regular sweatshirt- Material and soft on his skin, which he likes - do red dobermans, which initially have very thin fur. We love it, I'll be buying another one just in case, he always seems to enjoy wearing it and he's quite a happy boy in his sweatshirt :) .
