It may work slightly better than the stock

Two things I like about this charger compared to the stock charger that came with the watch. The cable is longer and the clamp section is physically larger. It's easier to use than the charger that comes with the watch. The slightly longer length means it sits on my end table rather than dangling or lying on the floor to charge.
