Everything was packed in a large white paper box, not Woodch's original box. The box arrived damaged - partially torn, the bottom of the box was open, not sealed with tape/glue. The spoon and scoop are packed in a transparent plastic bag. Love the spoon but the spoon has a tiny dent it looks like it was pressed against something else. This does not affect usage; it just doesn't look pretty. The rim has the Woodcha logo and name. After the first use, there is a line separating the side with no gloss and the other with gloss. I don't know if this is normal. I've washed the whole whisk twice already, but the strip stayed. I don't notice any major wear on the whisk. And the center will bloom - this is completely normal.
