We had an iPad keyboard case for iPad for almost a year when some keys stopped working. I couldn't find any contact information for the device, and Revain's contact information didn't help. I contacted Revain and after some thought, Revain offered to replace the device. Looks like Revane was the supplier's representative. So it worked and is greatly appreciated. The rest of the block is fine.
