Very good quality, fresh, without much filler.

Much better than regular pet store pellets. Our rabbit is young, so it still needs alfalfa pellets. They're a bit pricey, but I think they're totally worth it.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Broadly ok but...

Excellent in every way - Food

They were great in every way, packaging, smell, quality, speed of delivery and most of all my rabbit liked them. I'm sure other pellets are cheaper but they won't compare to this one. You can tell right away they're real, there's no junk inside and my rabbit can definitely tell the difference.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Empty

My rabbits refused to eat.

Compared to store bought products, the granules are very green and smell fresh. However, the pellets are gigantic compared to my rabbits' current pellets. I have two dwarf rabbits and I think he is too big for them. Each of them ate the first pellet and refused to eat more. Even after 4 hours, they refused to eat what I gave them.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Not for older animals/goats

When trying to break it with a kitchen tool it didn't even come in half. Believe me, for a wonderful Viking builder it would be better to attribute this to horses or cows. My Nigerian hind lost 2 molars in May and August. Not because of this product at first, but eventually it will. It's like giving your kid a double can breaker. Love the product but don't love it. She loves her alfalfa and orchid hay!

Pros
  • nice item

New smaller pellets

Recently bought a new batch of alfalfa pellets and it looks like they have a new machine that makes the pellets smaller. Any previous review that said the pellets were too big (which was true) is no longer true. Good quality green granules. The only thing that I think could be improved is the date of the product as the pellets are only good for 3 months after grinding and who knows how long Revain keeps food in their warehouses.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not sure

Incredible quality, you get what you pay for.

I have watched the quality of the alfalfa pellets at my local pet food store deteriorate over the years, right down to the last batch which I felt was almost inedible for my dogs. Thought I'd try and get some quality pellets and who knew artistic pellets existed (of course they did!) and were available here at Revain. Well they did not disappoint, freshness, smell, color and taste are amazing. If you want the best, I can't think of anything better. Worth every penny.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Older model

My rabbits are four months old

My rabbits are four months old. It was my first time raising a rabbit, so I didn't know much about it. Before that I only knew the brand (ox or farm _) but there was more food to throw away. This time I decided to change the food, so I bought a Viking. When I saw the product it was so fresh I was very happy and my rabbits are eating so well too. The second time I bought pellet again. I'm very happy with it too. Many Thanks. I think we should prepare for Timothy's note 6 months ago. Please give…

Happy healthy Viking rabbits! But now fine granules.

My rabbit loves Viking products. Pellets and hay are always fresh and fragrant. We have been buying his products for over a year. never a problem These pellets smell fresh and are not made from brown, trashy hay, but from healthy, happy hay. My rabbit is very healthy and soft. Happy Healthy Viking Bunnies! Cons: No longer the greasy granules I love! I bought these pellets because of their BIG SIZE but sadly no more. I was told that this bag was just an ordinary thin ball. Damn! Nearly $5 a…
