Does not support PD (Power Delivery) - This hub cannot provide power to the computer. Does not support video - does not pass USB-C video signals. This hub simply adds two USB-A ports and two limited-use USB-C ports, using one of your USB-C ports on your laptop, for example. So you don't get as much as other, albeit more expensive, hubs. I found it unsuitable for my current situation where my Macbook Air only has 2 USB-C ports - and I use both - one for power and one for video to an external monitor. I was looking for a way to connect a USB drive without losing video or power.
