Bought one for my wife's car for Christmas and it didn't work as others said something inside the unit was rattling. When I opened it this came up real charger loose inside.They replaced it quickly and I was hoping for a new one as nothing was loose.It took less than a week as my wife complained it wouldn't charge anymore and you can hear it rattling inside.For $70 could they use something other than hot glue to secure it.I will epoxy it because my wife liked it.If you don't want to open it up and secure it properly I would stay away.
