I have spent a lot of money on nose studs that are exactly like in this product. It comes in three different stone sizes and I really like that I can change the color on the fly. I really like the case because storing these nose studs can be a bit of a chore if you want to keep them organized. Unfortunately both of my cases were ripped but they still work and I wasn't planning on displaying them anyway. The rivet itself is thinner than the ones I've used, but I've had no issues with it falling out or pulling out while sleeping or wearing it everyday. Very comfortable to wear.
