These socks always look expensive. They're not made out of unicorn hair or anything, but they're comfortable and durable. They don't clump or shift, and they don't have huge, awkward seam bulges. They do what they're supposed to do and come in some pretty cool colors and themed patterns. Each pair lasts me about 2 years, I alternate wearing different boots when doing farm work, chopping down fallen trees, hiking through muddy pastures, etc. Pay special attention to the ankle height - this brand offers MANY heights to suit all needs. This height is my favorite. The taupe version offered here was ugly because of the picture and I bought it anyway. Surprise! It's not really dark grey, but more of a nice shade of grey. It's not ugly at all.
