Review on Woolite® Advantage Remover 2 Pack 3326 by Rachel Smith

We've tried MANY stain and odor removers. At least two dozen over the years if not more. Most work on small superficial stains, but very few on deep, stubborn, or old stains. This one does! Without going into details, let's say that many years ago we sat with my father's dog for several days. He was with us for a few days all was well and fine until one morning I woke up with a huge streak of liquid diarrhea on the carpet in our guest room! He had enough time to fully immerse himself in the carpet. Cleaning was a nightmare and one of the most disgusting things I have ever had to clean for a LONG time! I have cleaned the carpet many times, several times with a special carpet cleaner, but the stain has not completely disappeared. It didn't smell, but that faint stain was still there, constantly reminding me of that awful morning. We ended up covering it with a rug as we certainly weren't planning on replacing the whole rug! Fast forward to this product - Woolite Advantage Pet Stain & Odor Remover + Oxy. Thought it wouldn't hurt to try as the carpet was already ruined. I applied the product liberally, let it work for about 5 minutes and then dabbed it off. I was amazed that there was actually some paint left on the fabric from the old stain! I blotted up all of the spray, let it dry, used a stiff bristle brush dipped in warm water to completely remove the remaining spray, then reapplied Woolite. The stain is GONE! Not just gone, but completely GONE! The only problem is that it cleaned the carpet so well that the surrounding carpet now looks dirty! LOL The scent is very pleasant - floral and fresh. It's a lot nicer and less medicinal than other sprays we've tried. If you have pets, this spray is a MUST!
