I'm 6'1" and 225lbs and ordered XL - larger than typical US sizes but mostly fits my sizing based on the size chart but the pants are smaller. there isn't much elastic in the waistband, but that suits me. I really like the weight - warmer than athletic jogging pants but not as hot as fleece. And the material is also quite elastic. The downside is the seams. I bought these pants to find a pair of pants I could wear in a single layer when running in 20-40F, which is common in Pennsylvania winters. However, the seams of the panels around the knees chafe against my skin when running or walking, which is very annoying. I will still use them for the colder side of those runs with running tights underneath, just frustrated that I thought I had my one layer Found but I need 2 more.
