This dress is super sexy! It's so comfortable and light. I'm 5ft 7" and 207. I usually wear a size 14. I ordered a large, it was a bit tight. on the arms, but after putting them on twice everything was fine. I recommend the XL size for the arm area, but if you don't move much then the larger size is probably fine. The material is a little stretchy.
