They are good quality and keep the helmet warm. When installing, you need to insert the plastic part into the rim of the helmet and then fix it with velcro. The pads are not marked "left" or "right" but they fit best if you find this out prior to installation by visually inspecting the shape of the pad and helmet. Installation takes seconds once you figure out the right way to install it. Mine came with no instructions. I am very pleased that Vega is supporting their Warrior helmet with accessories such as ear pads and clear and tinted visors.
