Review of IWOKA, a Letdown of an Online Shopping Site: When I first viewed IWOKA's website, I had high expectations for the organization, but sadly, my interactions with them were far from positive. Despite their claims to be a one-stop store for fashion and baby products, I found their selection to be small and of poor quality.
The clothes I bought from IWOKA had frayed hems, loose threads, and ill-fitting garments. The shoes seemed to be made of low-quality materials and were uncomfortably uncomfortable. Even the infant products, which were meant to be their specialty, fell short of my expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. Even more frustrating was the way they handled customers. They responded slowly and offered me unhelpful information when I contacted them with my issues. They discounted my worries and showed little interest in helping me find a solution. Overall, I had a frustrating time with IWOKA. They are a dismal online purchasing option due to their few and low-quality items and subpar customer support. IWOKA is not a retailer I would suggest to anyone looking for high-end clothing and baby products.
