I love this little trash can! You can keep it in a cup holder or attach it to something. I attached it to the back of the passenger seat. It doesn't hold much because it's small, but it's perfect if you have small junk items like straw wrappers and snack wrappers. The lid is back in place. You MUST make sure the lid is properly latched. The lid must be perfectly closed to be effective and to avoid spills. But putting it on isn't difficult, just make sure it's put on correctly.
