I am totally in love with the terrible snorer. I'm also very sensitive to noise when I sleep, so sleeping was quite uncomfortable. I've tried every tinnitus blocker on the market (foam, plastic, duct fitting, etc.) but they all either don't fit well or don't block noise effectively, stick out too far for comfortable side sleeping, or interfere with mine ear canal. Sleeping with white noise or sleep meditation apps was awesome, but every complaint I had about hearing protection products was made even worse when trying to find real sleep headphones! I bought it for fun, mainly because of the good reviews. I have to say the good reviews are well deserved! Sound quality is pretty poor - don't expect them to replace your Bose or Beats. But the sound quality is just enough to play sleep meditation or white noise to drown out annoying partners! The main thing is that they are comfortable! The plastic sleeve that goes in the ear canal is very soft and soft and doesn't irritate my "ear pierced" skin like the foam nubs. They're also flexible so they fit perfectly in my very small ear canal and still provide pretty impressive sound isolation. There are no external ribs to pop out or put pressure when sleeping on your side.
