I bought this hat for a bachelorette party that asked for a southern hat. I didn't want to spend a lot and this hat exceeded all my expectations. When your hat arrives, don't worry, it's flat like a pancake. There are guides that explain how to use a hair dryer to shape. I was skeptical but it really worked! In addition, the bow has a Velcro fastener to attach it to the hat band. Be careful when blow drying the bow as this can loosen the velcro. The manual explains it. If it comes off, some glue will fix it. I got a lot of compliments on the hat. Hope that helps! Also, it's great if you need to travel. Pack it up and blow dry when you get there. Instant hat!
