This light works well. It illuminates my workspace (including the pen and tablet for writing and drawing) without glaring on the screens of the two monitors and keyboards I need it for. The brightness and color temperature settings are fine for me. The controller sits awkwardly on the power cable, but after the "right" settings I no longer need to touch the controller. It can be a little tricky to properly and securely attach the device to the screen. (I suspect the manufacturer avoided using any of the more convenient, intuitive, and secure attachment methods for fear of patent infringement.) Once properly hooked and angled with hook or crook, it works great. The top of the monitor it's mounted on shouldn't be much higher than eye level, otherwise the light bar can be distracting, if not overwhelming. The inconveniences of this light far outweigh its usefulness and I would have no hesitation in purchasing more units.
