These bumpers are of good quality and the glue is good too.

These bumpers are good quality and the glue is good too but time will tell how well they will stick when I use them on my bike. I switched my bike from the typical SRAM Red shifter cables to the new SRAM eTap electronic shifters. With that and since there are no more cables, the bike frame has open holes for the cables to enter and exit. Using rounded bumpers on my frame where the cable holes are gives my bike a clean look and covers open cable ports to keep water or debris out of the frame. If I find them falling off I'll use some lightweight non-permanent silicone to attach them.
