The microphone is well protected in the packaging. Aesthetically it has a great finish, good features and solid construction - the handles are tight and secure, the connections are rigid and stable, the stand doesn't wobble. The in-ear monitor is a bit annoying in my opinion, but it works. Well for what you need. In terms of recording, the microphone performed as I expected for the price. The microphone and its buttons should be pointed towards the mouth to pick up the right amount of sound. I have used it in several meetings and have not received any complaints from other users. I may start podcasting in the near future, this will be my go-to podcasting mic. I recommend it as a good entry-level microphone.
