Less light than 55W incandescent bulbs in a car.

I know that 60 watts is the legal limit for headlight bulbs, but the design of the lenses and reflectors on my car is not very good, so I wanted more light in the high beam. They're listed at 100 watts, but I seriously doubt that rating. They have less light than 55w OEM bulbs. The price is good and the fit is good but the bulbs are pretty weak.
