This product came in a regular box wrapped in bubble wrap and when turned on it was partially charged as it should be. It also comes with a universal Type-C cable and a fast charger. The kit also included a SIM card pin for easy removal. BuySpry also includes instructions on how to connect your phone and what to do if you run into problems. My carrier: I use Metro services on T-Mobile and haven't had any problems. I called them, followed their instructions and inserted the SIM card. After being advised to turn my phone off and on again, I can say that in less than a minute I was on my network with a 100 percent flawless connection. Condition that I have received my phone. I am a working woman, constantly on the go, and I rely on my phone for all my business transactions and needs. phone no complaints! The only thing that separates it from the fact that I didn't buy it from the flagship store is that it doesn't come with any of the goodies I would get. Is it important? Not at all.
