Worked like a CHAMPION! Worked on a client's car and had frozen wiper arms that had to be removed. Used this tool and worked flawlessly. Now let's talk about those who broke them. If you are using this tool because what you are deleting is JAPPED, BEWARE! You can't just yank at it and just squeeze through. You have to pet it (no matter how your mind leads you). Soak in some WD-40 or PB Blaster or something similar, attach the tool, pull up a little, love some, tap, pull more, love more, tap, pull some more, and keep going until it pops. No rocket science, you just need some patience and the right level of knowledge to be 10% smarter than the tool you're using, and your good!
