My wig had a smell in my review
I was really excited to purchase this wig. The reviews were great and my sister-in-law recommended it. I love the packaging but when I opened it there was a horrible smell. I am returning and requesting a refund.Update 1/17/23- I messaged Toyotress and they responded that same day with an apology for the smell. The wigs are washed before they are shipped, so they don't know what happened. I just wanted a refund, but they went above and beyond and will be sending me a new wig plus refunding me. I'm changing my rating because of the excellent customer service. Thank you Toyotress
