, the first drive I put in was very narrow. I think that was because the discs didn't fit very precisely on the outer edges, many have traces of casting. I felt the bay should have been more tolerant of this. So I reported this to the seller and they refunded me for the postage including postage with no fuss. So in general the bay is very good, but it can get tight on some drives. Can't give it a 5 but I would say it's high quality and the supplier is great so it can work well depending on what you put into it. I gave it a 4 because I couldn't use it.update; The seller refunded my money and also let me keep the old drive. He lay there for a long time, I decided to hold on to him. So I finally needed it on the computer I built for my son for Christmas. dropped it and started using it. Okay I was wrong, I love it and I'm ordering another one from them now. Highly recommended and I owe them an apology and I will contact them and offer to pay for the first one if you are interested. GB
