Doesn't work with my Logitech Performance MX wireless mouse

EDIT: 04/06/2020 - 1 star removed. Now my Sennheiser S60 USB headset has to be constantly unplugged/plugged in for Windows to recognize it AFTER I switch. These problems defeat the purpose of such a device. Too good to be true at the moment and I haven't received a response from the manufacturer for the first issue below. Today I sent another email. Let's see what her answer will be, if any. Some good news. I connected my speakers to the switch and it seems to work, but such poor design that the connector is on the front and not the back. So far I'm a bit disappointed with this switch. I had high hopes that this would work with my existing keyboard and mouse as they are old devices. However, this switch only works fully when I have disabled my Logitech Performance MX wireless mouse dongle. When I plugged it in, both the keyboard and mouse failed. I sent a question to their support email and will update this review if anything changes. What Works Well: As long as I don't have a wireless mouse connected, switching between my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (connected to a Surface Hub) and my PC works just fine. There's no degradation in image quality, and my basic Rosewill mechanical keyboard works just fine (it's just a standard 104-key keyboard). What doesn't work well: As mentioned above, when my Logitech Performance MX wireless dongle is plugged into the mouse port or an optional USB 2.0 port, both the keyboard and mouse fail. I was expecting the mouse to emerge as a simpler mouse without the extra features that this mouse has.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and chunky
