I was about to order them when I saw the reviews. The main reason to buy these instead of lipstick is that you want a good conditioner that will repair chapped lips and give them a glowing finish. These scales/lips cannot keep the lips moist and aggravate the problem of chapped lips. I had to apply a lot of basic lip balm and then walk over it. Now I regret what I paid so much for. They are completely dry. Like a matte lipstick. Maybe some people find it normal but for a real reason to spend a massive amount of money on just two $13 lipsticks, something that says tinted and soft oil. no
