I will probably NEVER buy this again it was so disappointing. I prefer Aquaphor Lip Balm or Original Burt's Bees Lip Balm. makes me bite my lip and it's a real nightmare. Example: I always put on a lot of lip chap before bed and I usually wake up and my lips feel very hydrated and soft and they even have some product left on. from last night. I always use Aquaphor on my lips, despite the different love-hate relationship with the greasy feeling. But it's one of two things that my overly sensitive skin/lips can tolerate. I was excited to see that they came out with Chapstick. At first I was nervous, it will irritate me a little because the ingredients are different than the usual ones (to keep them tight) but it's been about a month and I'm fine. My lips are super hydrated. That's cool! I have 4 sticks at home/in my purse.

Disappointing. It is not as effective as an ointment. I've been using the ointment for years and was thrilled to see it in stick form. For me and my kids we have found that it does not moisturize at all. It felt dry when applied and never hydrated as effectively as an ointment, even after repeated and frequent uses. And the packaging is broken. If you roll it up to apply, the stick won't stay in place while applying. It returns to the plastic tube when pressed onto the lip. I will not buy…

Aquaphor is the only thing that works on my winter chapped lips and I've been waiting for it to come in stick form for years. It's finally here, yes, the only problem is that to apply you have to hold the turntable and the wand part over it at the same time, otherwise it will pull back when applied. It would be ideal if they could make it look like other brands with similar packaging that wouldn't come off when applied.

Terrible, at least for me. I use Aquaphor Total Extended Therapy in the tube/bath as a lip balm and that's the only thing that works for me. Everything else I've tried dries out my lips. On first use I noticed that it doesn't lubricate the lips as well as some lip balms. But it relieves dry chapped lips, does not flake, better moisturizes the components without shine and radiance.
