Disappointing. It is not as effective as an ointment. I've been using the ointment for years and was thrilled to see it in stick form. For me and my kids we have found that it does not moisturize at all. It felt dry when applied and never hydrated as effectively as an ointment, even after repeated and frequent uses. And the packaging is broken. If you roll it up to apply, the stick won't stay in place while applying. It returns to the plastic tube when pressed onto the lip. I will not buy again.
