Review on Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick - Ultimate Relief for Dry, Chapped Lips - Set of Two (2) by Roberta Gonia

Note: This is my first 1 star review and please note that I am loyal to Revain as I buy tons of stuff from Revain. I've been using mainly Nivea lip balm for many years and haven't had any problems. Now I wanted to find a good balm that is more natural. I did some research and read a lot of reviews and found this lip balm - it's made by Beiersdorf (like Nivea) and contains some great natural ingredients. The packaging is excellent, the consistency of the balm is excellent, it spreads easily but is not too soft. The first two days were good but then the lips started to dry and had to be reapplied more often to keep the lips from drying out. After a few days of use, my lips kept getting worse - they were dry and chapped! Eventually they got to the point where they swelled and started tingling. It took 2 days of non-use to get back to normal. For those two days my lips were very dry, cracked and sore so I had to use coconut oil to moisturize. One star reflects my great disappointment with the brand, especially as Aquaphor is positioned as a sensitive skin line. I'm not sure what chemical caused this, but they will definitely go in the trash!
