Unboxing and review

Unboxing went very well. There is one part of the unpacking that can be a bit tricky. You can find the answer in the video. The monitor is very easy to use. Just charge it up and put it on the strap. The monitor stores data for up to 24 hours. When you're done, simply plug the monitor into the charging cable, connect it to your computer, and download your session. Run the application and analyze the data. As a result, you will receive a report showing everything that happened to your heart. If you have heart problems like me, this device is ideal for detecting these problems when they arise. . I can't count the number of times I've had heart problems that have sent me to the ER only to have my heart show NORMAL when I finally got a room and they did an EKG too. This can take over an hour. With a monitor, I can put it on and start recording within a minute. I think my cardiologist will be very happy with a report that shows exactly what's going on with my heart instead of me telling him "something is wrong". .Now that things are happening I really want to stay as far away from the hospital as possible. With this monitor, I can send important heart data to my cardiologist without having to make an EKG appointment. I think it's worth every penny just for the number of appointments and ER visits I DO NOT NEED for the next year. Update from 08.09. Wore the monitor when I ran 2 miles (I know I don't plan on training with this monitor). When I run, I just can't tune into my heart like I should. Well, the report that was made after the run said the only thing that happened to my heart was that it beat a little faster. It makes sense because I'm running. No PACs, no PVCs, everything was fine except heart rate. Please note that you should not exercise with this monitor, but for me, running 2 miles is like mowing the yard for 30 minutes. It's worth taking a break. I understand that jogging does not harm my heart.
