The product works. It's gradual, but the results are worth a five-star rating for me. My skin actually heals on its own. You must consider the age of the scars when using these products as results are harder to see on older scars than on younger scars. So results may vary, but this product works. I also use essential oils, especially immortelle and geranium, to speed up results, but this product works on its own.
