It was easy to assemble. I had a little bit of problem with the balloons opening at times but I contacted the seller who patiently explained via email and pics how to, and we managed to blow all the balloons. Remember that air will NOT make the balloon float. I had to buy a couple of helium tanks. Other than that i totally recommend this. Great value for money, we kept the "Happy Birthday" sign for a whole month! My niece was happy it was beautiful . You have to be creative if you decide to decorate outside the tape barely stick to the walls etc. In the end, really minor issues it is worth ia try. I can't wait to throw another party.
