After installing a new filter, the air purifier keeps blinking and says it needs a new one!

As the title says, my beloved air purifier has stopped working properly and keeps saying it needs a new filter. I pressed the button he told me to reset but it doesn't work. I can't get anyone to tell me what else I can do! I can still return the filter, but I'll be stuck with a non-working, expensive, no-filter air purifier! Will update the stars and see if anyone can get in touch and help me get everything working again!
