My Dodge dealer installed the mirrors without any problems. The installation took only 45 minutes. The only problems they had was that they couldn't get the kickstand to work and couldn't program it to readjust itself when the mirrors were rotated to the tow position. I can set up mirrors that suit me. I gave them a 4 star rating because the manufacturers of the product are required to inform the consumer that there may be issues with certain features. Until winter I don't know if the heated mirrors will work. I'm happy with the mirrors because they do what I needed them for, which was to keep my van safe for towing.
