I have been working from home full time since the pandemic started in March 2020. My setup has always been with my laptop connected to my monitor, but I typed with the keyboard on my laptop. It was a good setup as it was simple and didn't require any additional hardware. Over time, however, I developed severe back and neck pain. I did a little research and found that my setup isn't very ergonomic because I was typing on my laptop keyboard with my head and back bent forward to look at my laptop screen. I decided to buy this laptop stand to make my laptop screen bigger so I don't have to tilt my head and arch my back to see the screen. This was a lifesaver as it really helps with better ergonomics. I've also added a wireless keyboard so I'm always looking straight ahead with the laptop stand. It is made of metal, so it is very durable and stable, does not wobble. It has different levels of height adjustment, so you can adjust the height to your preference. I use a 13" MacBook Air and it fits perfectly. Finally, it also seems quite portable so I can take it with me when needed. I only wish I had found this laptop stand much sooner when I started using it from home to work.
