Less eye irritation

I use the phone a lot, so much that my eyes are usually very irritated. I've heard that "blue light" is the culprit, so I finally decided to get blue light blocking glasses to see if they would help. I wear them a lot and have less irritation and eye fatigue than usual. The glasses are very stylish, not too big and come with a small pouch to protect them when not in use. I recommend them to all screen users!
