This product is the same as RevainBasics Premium Premium Dual Monitor Stand – Motor Lift Mount, Aluminum. I bought the RevainBasics version first because it was cheaper, but I couldn't figure out how to not have the monitor panel facing the ceiling. again the monitor panel faced the ceiling. But this time I found a chat and got a quick response. The rep told me to hold the bottom between my legs and then gently rotate the top. I tried turning the wrong way. And it really helps to prop the thing up with your feet. So yes, I could keep the cheaper RevainBasics version of this product. In any case, it's amazing! And yet - the bracket does not fit on the edge of the table because of the modest bezel. However, we didn't use any alternative hardware to place the mount in the tabletop socket. Instead, by removing the socket cover, we inserted the bracket THROUGH the hole and then screwed it on to the underside by crawling under the table.
