Completely unsuitable for running due to lack of support
The water bladder is a huge lump on my back that bounces and wobbles everywhere. There just isn't enough support. I ended up getting the Osprey Dyna instead, and while it has less storage space, it was fantastic and held my trekking poles front or back. Not to mention that it was significantly cheaper.
