Review on Rechargeable Toothbrush Replacement - GreaterGoods' Comparable Product by Darrell Ricks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Tired of early Sonicare failures, try here!

I like it very much so far. I'll compare it to the Sonicare, I like it a lot too, but it doesn't last long. In the last 3 years my wife and I have swapped out 4 expensive Sonicare pens. At an insanely high price, we think they should last 2-3 years. Some only lasted 5-6 months. They start making noise and lose power too soon. This works just like Sonicare. Almost the same performance, the brushes feel and clean the same way. The soft rubber edges of the brush really help to avoid annoying chattering with the teeth. If this pen lasts longer than the Sonicare, no problem. Here are a few minor annoyances, concerns, and annoyances: The charging cable is thick, bulky, and stiff. It should be thin and flexible, like a phone charger cable. A little annoying. My biggest concern is "Will it last" because Sonicare doesn't. Time will tell and I will adjust my 4.5 star rating accordingly. After 7 months it works like new. The brush heads don't last as long as the Sonicare, but they're good value. Edited, still 4.5 stars. Edit: About 2 months old, everything is great, love it. I decided to compare it to my 8 month old Sonicare and my wife's new Sonicare: if you hold the brush's bristles you can gauge the performance. The Sonic is more powerful than my 8 month old Sonicare but less powerful than my wife's newer Sonicare. Brush heads wear out faster than Sonicare. I still rate it 4.5 stars, still recommend it.
