They work really well
I use it to store ice during events where we need to keep the ice open at all times. After freezing according to the instructions, the ice cream didn't melt AT ALL after 4 hours. When I forgot to freeze it as directed and it only froze for about 6 hours, it still held ice with almost no melt for 4 hours. Also very easy to clean. Highly recommended
