Surprisingly comfortable, but does add passive noise cancellation
I got these to replace the pads on my M30s. The original pads were more shallow and sat on the ear, while these are deeper and surround it. I find them very comfortable but they do block out significantly more outside noise in case that's a concern. Also, you will need to pull on the fabric harder than you think to get them on, but they did install fine.
