I ordered these for my son's engineering project. He needed casters that lock, roll silently, and support up to 100 pounds. I checked out Lowe's and Home Depot but they were a little pricey. This year I spent SO MUCH money on accessories for his engineering projects that I didn't want to spend another $25 for just 4 wheels. I decided to check here because I usually get the same thing cheaper here. I'm glad I did because it's exactly what he needs. And they are way better quality than anything I've found in other stores. High quality polyurethane wheels are strong and durable. You don't have to worry about them breaking. They rotate slightly when unlocked and don't move in any direction at all when locked. The locking pedal can be locked and unlocked with a simple movement. I'm happy. I definitely recommend it.
